As one of our most community-driven projects to date, the team at Martin Luther Chapel fully embraced many of the web 2.0 concepts that are so good for building community online. We built a site that included lots of user-driven content such as online groups, event listings, podcasts, photo galleries, a custom invitation system, and much much more all in a user-monitored and open environment. The chapel is located on the campus of Michigan State University, so the chapel recognized that this next-generation functionality is expected by a college-age contingent and embraced a truly grass-roots style web community.
