Now Hiring Drupal Developer
The church-web-development market is booming! We're so glad that churches are starting to figure out the power that the web holds for spreading the gospel. However, that gives us a problem (a very good problem). We need more folks on the Mustardseed team who can develop Drupal CMS websites for the huge demand that's coming in.
So, if you're a Drupal developer, here's your chance to do it full time for churches and ministry projects.
We're looking for:
- Full on Drupal Developer (ie. you've developed effective modules that you can showcase)
- Someone who can also take a site wireframe/architecture and setup an install to our specs
- HTML/PHP an obvious requirement, CSS design a plus
- Lives in the Detroit area. Most days you'll work from home, but will also need frequent/easy in person contact and co-working ability
- We work with Christian ministries. You don't have to be a Christian to apply (I think it may be illegal to say otherwise), but at Mustardseed we sacrifice for our clients because we're passionate about their mission. You need to be willing to sacrifice occasionally because you believe in the mission of the product as well.
- Youthful mindset, laid back, easy to work with personality. Personal compatibility will be a BIG determining factor in this, since we'll be working closely together on every project.

We know that it will increase our productivity and business, but if we don't find just the right person, we'll survive longer without it.
